Amoras brancas são raras, pois geralmente as frutas são brancas antes de estar maduras mas vão avermelhando com o passar do tempo. Elas têm de diferente que elas são muito mais doces do que as amoras vermelhas ou pretas. Elas são pouco ácidas e lembram o sabor do mel. As amoras brancas podem ser categorizadas de SUPER FOOD devido ao seu alto teor de vitamina C e de antocianinas. Ingredientes:
- ¼ xícara de castanha do Pará
- 1 xícara de água
- ½ xícara de noz pecan, picadas grosseiramente
- 1/41 xícara de coco desidratado ou ralado
- ½ xícara de maçã, ralada
- 1 colher de sopa de açúcar de coco
- 1 colher de chá de canela em pó
- Conteúdo de uma fava de baunilha
- Pitada de sal marinho
E para polvilhar por cima:
- ¼ xícara de amoras brancas desidratadas
- 2 colheres de sopa de sementes de abóbora cruas e sem sal
- 1 colher de sopa de cacau nibs
- 2 ramos de hortelã fresca
Preparo:
- Bater as castanhas do Pará e água por 30 segundos. Acrescentar os outros ingredientes, bater por 4 segundos.
- Dividir a mistura em duas cumbucas. Acrescentar a segunda mistura et voilá!
- Pode acrescentar bananas ou morango orgânico ou leite vegetal morninho ou os três! Kkkkk
- Se preferir, acrescenta figos, gojiberries, maçã, uvas passas… As possibilidades são infinitas.
